On 1 October 2024, HKS Dreh-Antriebe GmbH celebrated its long-serving employees and honoured their impressive years of service.
On this special occasion, Lena Resch, partner of the family-owned company, was joined by Iris Ritzel (Head of Human Resources), Dr Robert Rost (Technical Director), Sven Craatz (Operations Manager) and Günter Höhn (Consulting Shareholder).
Emotional honours and a journey through the company's history
Following the welcoming speeches, Lena Resch personally presented the honours. She emphasised the close many of those present have with the company - including herself. ‘I turned 40 this year - just like two of our employees who have been part of the HKS family for 40 years. Many of you have known me me as a small child. It's a special feeling to feel this connection to tradition and the family business,’ says

Long-standing employees as pillars of the company
Some of the honoured employees lived through the ‘tough and instructive founding years’ of the company and are still instrumental in its success today. Nijazi Memeti and Yildirim Baskaya were honoured for their impressive were honoured for their impressive 40 years of service, while other employees were honoured for 20, 25, 30 and even even 35 years were honoured.

- Jan Niezgoda, Heinz Schauberger, Michael Berting and Michael Behr (25 and 35 years respectively)
- Michael Drews from Neukirch was honoured (20 years) and many others who have made a significant contributed significantly to the company's success.
