We are pleased to inform you that we at HKS are continuously working on improving our delivery times in order to be able to supply you with high-quality hydraulic rotary actuators even faster. We have made significant progress to meet the increasing demands and to further optimise our service.

In recent years, HKS has taken extensive measures to counteract the shortage of skilled labour and to expand production capacities. Through targeted investments totalling almost 20 million euros, including 4 million euros last year alone, we have expanded and modernised our machinery. This includes the introduction of more powerful CNC models and the integration of automated systems that speed up our production processes and further improve the quality of our rotary actuators.

Newly acquired machines such as the ‘Reiden RX12’ and the ‘OKUMA Multus U3000’ will enable a significant increase in capacity from 2024 in order to considerably shorten throughput times for rotary actuators and make our production even more efficient. Our average delivery time has already been significantly reduced.

To emphasise our claim to be a leading supplier in the industry, we have strengthened our team in a targeted manner and are focusing on intensive training and extensive recruitment measures. This ensures that we can continue to fulfil your requirements quickly and precisely in the future.
