HKS Dreh-Antriebe GmbH, a leading provider of high-quality products and solutions in the field of rotary and swiveling tools, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Uwe Prinz as its new Managing Director. With his extensive experience and impressive professional career, he will support the company on its growth path and further advance its strategic direction.

Mr. Prinz's professional career is characterized by many years of experience in various management positions at well-known companies, such as Volvo Constuction Equipment Europe GmbH, JCB and Tracto Technik GmbH & Co.KG. In addition to his in-depth commercial experience, Mr. Prinz has extensive technical knowledge through his training as a machine fitter and subsequent studies in the field of mechanical engineering with a degree in engineering.
Since 2021, Mr. Prinz has been managing director and shareholder of prinz management consulting GmbH in Altenstadt and since April 17, 2023, he has also taken over the position of managing director at HKS. With his extensive experience and broad know-how in the industry, he will be responsible for the company's orientation and further development as well as the upcoming succession plan of HKS Dreh-Antriebe GmbH.
